We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Return Window
We accept returns within 10 days of the delivery date. After this period, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging with all accessories included
- Free from signs of use, damage, or tampering
For hygiene and safety reasons, silicone feeding products and cups that have been used cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return

- Include your order number and reason for the return.
- We'll provide return instructions and a return authorization.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after the 10-day window
- Used or opened feeding/drinkware products
- Items not in original packaging
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right promptly.
